We are an international family business in its second generation with headquarters and production in Paraguay Asuncion and a sales office in Germany. Together we plant, process, and trade food raw materials such as chia seeds and sesame seeds.

As an International Sales Manager, you will strategize, direct, and implement sales activities across international markets mainly for B2B and additonally for B2C sectors. You will play a key role in expanding our global footprint, managing sales teams, and fostering relationships with clients and partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing of International Sales B2B & B2C: a) Sales Targets and Budget Management b) Sales Strategy Development c) Product development/recommendations d) Active Sales & Relationship Management e) Market Research and Analysis f) International Travel: Customers and Suppliers
  • Team and Personnel: Sales & operations: a) Development and empowerment b) Task & Project Management c) recruitment and release

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics and challenges.
  • proficiency in English languages and willingness to learn Spanish
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role with a track record in international sales.
